Tufted Club, Model 2084

This is a pair of button-tufted velvet club chairs, model 2084, designed by Ward Bennett in 1965. The listed price includes the pair of chairs. This pair was manufactured by Geiger Furniture in the 1990s, as they acquired Brickel Associates in 1993. Bennett designed more than 150 chairs for Brickel from the 1960s through the 1980s, and this tufted silhouette is one of his most important designs. Their design has a wide curved barrel back and features tan velvet upholstery with deep button tufting.

Each chair measures 33 inches long, 30 inches wide, and is 30 inches tall. They have a seat height of 17.5 inches. The chairs' feet are in terrific condition, having only a few small scuffs. The fabric is clean and bright with a perhaps a handful of small spots. Overall, these chairs are in very good condition. Please see photos.
